At s'Herència, we have chosen not to serve breakfast in-house and instead encourage guests to enjoy the cafés and restaurants of Porreres, just a very short walk away.

This allows us to support local businesses while keeping things simple and sustainable.

Coffee and tea are always available in our shared dining room.

Stay & Comfort Policy

Minimum Stay: We kindly request a minimum stay of 2 nights to ensure our guests can fully enjoy the tranquility of our B&B and the surrounding area.

Climate & Energy: In line with current Spanish energy-saving regulations (Real Decreto‑ley 14/2022, 1 August), we maintain sustainable temperatures for comfort and the environment:

• • Heating: Indoor heating is kept between 19 °C and 21 °C in winter.

  • Cooling (A/C): Air-conditioning is set between 24 °C and 27 °C in summer to minimize energy consumption and reduce carbon footprint.
    
    

Unavailable Dates: There are certain periods when we are closed for maintenance and ecological rest, allowing our B&B to recharge sustainably.
